What does the approval process entail?
The EasyDonate.com team looks for appropriate image use, and that all the general information that is required to show donors is in place. We do not accept graphic images or language.
We do not edit for spelling and grammar or style, we recommend that you make use of your word processing software’s editing features and review your content carefully prior to submitting your site for approval.
What are the fees for using the EasyDonate platform?
This service is complimentary for existing charitable funds. We have partnered with Canadahelps to administer payments and receipts. Donations are subject to Canadahelps’ standard online processing rate (fee rates). These fees cover payment processing, fraud protection, and secure tax receipting. Donation receipts correspond to the total amount of the donation made and will be issued by Canadahelps. The net contribution will be credited to the charitable fund account.
How will I receive my receipt?
Receipts will be issued by Canadahelps and will be emailed directly to you at the email address you provide. You don’t need to sign up for an account to make one-time donations through CanadaHelps. However, creating a free account offers some great benefits! If you have an account with Canadahelps your receipt will be available online as well. Please visit Canadahelps for more information.
